What you will do

• Lead cross-functional vehicle attribute teams (vehicle dynamics, NVH, thermal, energy, safety, ergonomics) to deliver program milestones.
• Define vehicle performance for next-generation autonomous vehicles to meet program requirements.
• Partner with Attribute Leads to set development plans, align priorities, and ensure execution across engineering disciplines.
• Balance performance, cost, mass, safety, and timing to drive strategic integration decisions.
• Deliver performance targets, identify gaps, and drive data-based root cause analyses and resolution plans.
• Prepare and present attribute status updates for program reviews and leadership gates; communicate risks and trade-offs.
• Define and develop test assets and methodologies to validate vehicle-level requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering.
• At least 10+ years of experience in vehicle attribute development or integration.
• Deep technical understanding of vehicle systems, validation, and cross-functional integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and guiding a vehicle development program.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace; strong data analysis, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Relocation and work authorization: continued employment is contingent upon obtaining valid US work authorization and visa eligibility; company visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided during the interview process.

• Experience in Technical Program Management.
• Experience in electric or autonomous vehicle development.
