What you will do

• Own the global partnerships strategy across consulting, data, software, and reseller channels.
• Build and activate relationships with priority consulting firms to drive joint business development.
• Develop a scalable operating model for partnerships, including enablement and performance tracking.
• Lead and grow a global Partnerships team of 7 FTEs.
• Establish and lead hirify.global’s office and commercial presence in the German market.
• Represent the company externally with senior stakeholders and C-level customers.

Requirements

• Background in management consulting (procurement/supply chain) or strong sales/partnerships experience in procurement tech.
• Proven experience in commercial/account management or a P&L-carrying role.
• Executive-level communication skills and ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and leadership skills to manage a global team and a local market.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Germany.
