What you will do

• Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including LTV, CAC, churn rates, and cohort performance using SQL and statistical methods.
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key KPIs.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to recommend optimizations for revenue and affordability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into growth strategies and A/B testing.
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR regulations).
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel between various SpaceX sites.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting (time-series analysis, regression) in Python or R.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or automation scripting (Python, VBA).
• Background in high-growth consumer tech environments or consulting firms.
