Senior Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: RSU Tower, Sukhumvit 31, Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work model with 6 days in the hirify.global office per month.

What you will do

• Assess and validate requirements while ensuring analysis standards and practices are followed.
• Analyze and validate business and system solutions and produce written requirements deliverables.
• Produce functional design documentation, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements throughout the development and testing lifecycle in partnership with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Manage requirements traceability and change management while supporting the cross-functional delivery team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the superannuation, pension, and annuity industry; RG 146 qualification is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills across enterprise levels.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, definition, traceability, and management across different delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills and experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and process modelling.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving, communicate the organization-wide impact of change, and work with abstract concepts.
• Ability to facilitate decision-making, identify conflicts of interest, take accountability, adapt to change, and evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
• Strong communication, presentation, listening, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to determine project or program toolsets and teach others how to use required tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
• Understanding of investment options such as securities, warrants, and ETFs.
• Experience delivering through Agile and traditional methodologies.
• CBAP from IIBA or PBA from PMI certification.
