What you will do

• Own yield and revenue optimization for mobile ad networks.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and stay updated on ad tech innovations.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing, presenting data-driven insights to the team.
• Configure and manage ads from third-party networks, SSPs, and Private Marketplaces.
• Drive ad quality initiatives and troubleshoot network integration issues.
• Grow ad supply through in-game surfacing points like offerwalls and rewarded video.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in ad network or mobile ad trafficking.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and results.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming publisher ad operations.
• Familiarity with DSPs, Rewarded Ad Vendors, and Charles Proxy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
