What you will do

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing best practices to achieve department goals.
• Design work operations that meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.
• Maintain accurate time studies and motion analysis to optimize workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and eliminate waste in assigned production areas.
• Support change management projects, including line balancing and production trials.
• Coach and train production floor staff on lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering, CI, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of time study, motion analysis, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with human factors engineering or ergonomic analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Line Designer.
• Experience working in a union or bargaining unit environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
