What you will do

• Translate design proposals into manufacturable processes for new optical modules.
• Lead the installation and qualification of optical modules, validating performance indicators like wavefront and focus uniformity.
• Bridge the gap between Development & Engineering and the factory to ensure readiness for volume execution.
• Perform structured root-cause analysis on alignment or installation deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and optimize the ecosystem of process documentation, including alignment procedures and work instructions.
• Drive improvements in tooling and procedures to ensure safe handling and predictable build quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Optics.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-tech production environment, preferably in optical assembly, alignment, or testing.
• Proven experience with complex production processes, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Adequate English language skills in speech and writing.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
