What you will do

• Lead pre-sales solutioning by running discovery on regulatory workflows, document standards, and the prospect’s tech stack, then translating findings into technical demos, pilots, and implementation plans.
• Co-lead implementation and onboarding end-to-end by scoping and mapping data/workflow changes and delivering AI template customizations.
• Design repeatable, stage-appropriate consulting and implementation processes with clear success criteria as the customer base scales.
• Drive account advocacy by enabling full adoption and acting as the conduit between customers and Product/Engineering with regulatory workflow insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within the US or Canada; ideally based in the Eastern time zone
• 7–10+ years of experience supporting regulatory submissions within pharma or biotech organizations.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of drug development regulatory workflows and submission processes to global health authorities.
• AI and data fluency: ability to reason about customer tech stacks and data flows, and translate regulatory requirements into tailored AI templates using prompting.
• Strong consultative mindset and communication skills for both executive stakeholders and hands-on end users.
• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field (Master’s is a plus).
