What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing sessions.
• Develop deep product expertise in sales cycles and inventory stock to create custom customer workflows.
• Utilize Salesforce Support Console and internal chatbots to resolve cases and prevent escalations.
• Provide high-quality technical solutioning to resolve software issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex software.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools while exercising sound judgment to validate recommendations.
• Foundational knowledge of recurring billing structures and basic bookkeeping/accounting (Debits/Credits).
• Exposure to or genuine interest in ERP and payroll systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ADP).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Home/Commercial Service industry.
• Proficiency in G-Sheet or Excel.
• Willingness to develop SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
