What you will do

• Build and maintain internal tools, services, and automation to empower engineering teams.
• Develop and refine infrastructure-as-code patterns using Python and Pulumi.
• Lead the adoption of AI and agentic development tools across the engineering organization.
• Improve CI/CD workflows, feature flag systems, and database query approval processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify pain points and prioritize platform improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong software development background with proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on building frameworks and abstractions.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently in a remote-first environment.
• Interest in leveraging LLMs and AI coding tools to improve engineering efficiency.
