What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing.
• Master financial modules including invoicing, accounts receivable, and job costing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting integrations like QuickBooks and Sage.
• Guide customers on accounting best practices, including chart of accounts setup and month-end closing.
• Prevent escalations by leveraging support tools and in-depth testing to resolve complex financial cases.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles such as debits/credits, accrual vs. cash basis, and general ledger.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple terms.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Customer-centric mindset with a patient and empathetic approach.
• Ability to thrive in a feedback-oriented and rapidly changing environment.
