Salary: $44,000 CAD base + up to $6,000 CAD in annual bonuses

What you will do

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat to identify opportunities for experience enhancement.
• Troubleshoot complex inquiries and explain product features to meet customer needs.
• Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Collaborate with the team to devise strategies to surprise and delight customers.
• Identify trends in issues and feedback to report to leadership.
• Ensure support coverage during business hours across the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ottawa, Kelowna, or Calgary
• Strong customer service background with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various support platforms simultaneously.
• Adaptable nature with a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support US and Canadian time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gladly or other SaaS productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of frontend or backend development.
• Knowledge or interest in integrative health or wellness certifications.
