Senior Project Manager

Location: Must be based in Santiago, Chile. Role is hybrid (in-office Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic events.
• Analyze business opportunities and operational inefficiencies to drive high-quality customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize ticket sales and event coverage.
• Manage and grow revenue streams from events while meeting team targets.
• Foster and expand the hirify.global Partner Network, including venues and event organizers.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ to improve platform usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships and managing parallel work-streams.
• Ability to think strategically and identify resolutions for complex operational problems.
• Must be able to work from the office in Santiago Monday to Thursday.
