What you will do

• Administer financial policies, answer queries, and respond to complaints for advisers.
• Assist in setting up accounts and finding appropriate financial product solutions.
• Support various business areas including pensions, investments, and money transfers.
• Prepare letters and financial documents with high attention to detail.
• Process adviser requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) via phone and email.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and personal responsibility for work quality.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Southampton
