What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Plan project phases, define delivery timelines, allocate resources, and establish KPIs.
• Monitor project risks and propose flexible roadmap adjustments to overcome challenges.
• Facilitate Agile workshops, ceremonies, and exercises to ensure proper framework execution.
• Foster team cohesion and promote a culture of open collaboration and mutual support.

Requirements

• Residency: Must be residing in Argentina
• 3+ years of experience leading IT or software development teams.
• Strong background managing multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Technical literacy regarding digital platforms, integration solutions, and backend/frontend architectures.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to assess risks and account for results to clients and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience or solid knowledge within the Insurance, Insurtech, or Financial services sectors.
