Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin or London office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Lead complex AI-driven deployments from scoping high-impact Agentic AI use cases to stable production.
• Design solution architectures and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents to address real-world challenges.
• Align with key customer stakeholders to ensure an outstanding experience and rapid time-to-value.
• Partner with product management to translate customer needs into actionable product roadmap insights.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
• Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers to support their professional development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
• Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL.
• Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
• Must be open to a hybrid work model in Berlin or London (minimum 3 days per week).

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Solution Engineer within a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building AI applications specifically for financial services.
• Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
