Location: Hybrid (Leeds, Bristol, Chester, Edinburgh, or Halifax). Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at one of the office sites.
Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do
- Evaluate the impact of marketing activity across all channels including Digital, Social, CRM, and ATL.
- Lead the development of measurement frameworks and conduct detailed post-campaign analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to shape future marketing strategies for consumer teams.
- Partner with analytics, full-funnel marketing, and media agency teams to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor and integrate emerging marketing trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an analytical marketing role focusing on portfolio performance, modelling, or insights.
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing mix modelling.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to collaborators.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, Halifax, Bristol, Chester, or Edinburgh for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and evaluating cross-channel tests, experiments, and scenario planning.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Power BI.
