Connector (Hospitality)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands. The role involves in-person community, hospitality, networking, and event activities. Applicants must be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.

hirify.global operates a hybrid hospitality concept combining hotel and extended-stay accommodation, student living, gyms, events, food and beverage venues, community spaces, and coworking across several European countries.

What you will do

• Connect semester, coworking, hotel, and extended-stay communities.
• Set up and manage an ongoing program of events and community activations.
• Build relationships with local partners and fill the annual calendar with relevant recurring events.
• Host and engage local student ambassadors as an advisory group.
• Create, collect, and deliver text, video, and image content based on marketing briefs.
• Manage local social media channels according to brand guidelines and represent the location at networking events.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, highly communicative personality with strong public-speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Flexible, motivated, organized, calm under pressure, and entrepreneurial.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
