What you will do
- Manage the front desk during business hours and serve as the primary on-site contact for members and guests.
- Create a welcoming community by building member relationships, connecting members, and supporting member engagement.
- Support events by promoting programming, gathering feedback, and ensuring building-specific operational requirements are met.
- Manage mail, courier deliveries, packages, keys, and key cards for the building.
- Explain building policies and procedures, communicate updates, and help resolve member and operational issues.
- Maintain efficient building operations, including front desk, mailroom, emergency equipment, and coffee machine support.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, accountability, responsibility, compassion, and work ethic.
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities and alignment with ’s mission and values.
Nice to have
- Four-year college degree.
- Customer service or sales experience.
