What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems for the risk scoring platform.
• Develop and deploy scoring models into production environments.
• Manage high-volume data pipelines and real-time decisioning services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, risk analysts, and product teams.
• Ensure high implementation quality through comprehensive test coverage.
• Evolve system architecture to align with strategic business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Python.
• Proven track record of developing a service from scratch to production.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle and MVP methodology.
• Experience with architectural patterns and design principles.
• English level B1 or higher required for international communication.
• Willingness to take ownership of service architecture decisions.
