Senior Software Engineer (Python, Risk)

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems for the risk scoring platform.
• Develop high-volume data pipelines and production-grade decisioning services.
• Integrate machine learning models and enable real-time automated decisions.
• Launch risk strategies in production and evolve the architecture as business needs change.
• Build comprehensive tests and validation tools to verify technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, risk analysts, and product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Python and strong knowledge of its ecosystem.
• Experience developing a service or subsystem from scratch and bringing it to production with measurable business impact.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and MVP methodology.
• Experience with architectural patterns and design principles, with readiness to own architecture decisions.
• English at B1 level or higher for communication with an international team.
