What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet organizational standards.
• Write automated test scripts and identify data for complex test scenarios using C#, Java, or Python.
• Perform and lead system tests to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
• Document test results and collaborate with management to resolve complex technical problems.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting to track problem resolution progress.
• Mentor and guide junior testers while reviewing work for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific opportunity.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Medical Claims (X.12).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Advanced certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA).
