TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Galway, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days in-office required)

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective test strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution results.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior QA engineers.
- Investigate, debug, and triage test failures to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop custom tools and utilities to enhance test coverage and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Galway, Ireland
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation or software development.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, design patterns, and architecture.
- Experience with test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
