What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Epic integration applications and related solutions for Epic and LIMS platforms.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Partner with Epic Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and Operations to deliver business and clinical integration requirements.
• Own production support as a Tier-2 resource: troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs/data flows, resolve incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analyses, monitoring, and proactive stability/performance enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and keep Jira tickets accurate with evidence and RCA notes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server and relational database design, Entity Framework Core, and data model design/scaffolding.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices; proficiency with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
