What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET (C#) applications with React or Angular for the frontend.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems.
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements, including support for claims processing workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one frontend framework: React or Angular.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• HL7 messaging experience is required (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, deployment, monitoring, and DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
