Junior Project Coordinator for Mobile Games

What you will do

• Assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects by monitoring plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Ensure assigned project parts progress according to timelines and deliverable dates.
• Assign tasks to relevant parties, check status updates, and escalate risks or issues to management when needed.
• Build and maintain project performance databases tracking progress and milestone completion.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external resources, including GameDev agents and third-party vendors.
• Create marketing collateral and write content for mobile games market media channels using tools like Photoshop, Excel, and Canva.

Requirements

• Experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical, proactive “can-do” approach to problem-solving and ability to use data to drive insight.
• Strong proficiency with office software products.
• Passion for tech and cultural industries, with a track record of high performance academically and/or professionally.
