What you will do

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CCO and commercial leadership team.
• Prepare commercial analyses, briefings, and presentations for executive decision-making.
• Facilitate commercial leadership meetings and monthly business reviews.
• Strengthen stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, and Tech.
• Coordinate the commercial initiative portfolio to ensure clear priorities and accountability.
• Identify commercial risks and bottlenecks while proactively proposing solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience working with senior leaders in complex matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Academic degree in business, economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in scale-up, regulated environments, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of BI tools, KPI reporting, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
