What you will do

• Lead project teams and establish execution strategies for medium to large-scale projects.
• Oversee project handover, planning, monitoring, and control for both internal and external resources.
• Identify, assess, and control project risks while pursuing opportunities for project optimization.
• Utilize advanced scheduling methods to prevent deviations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and actively contribute to continuous process simplification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to define requirements, manage project budgets, and perform gap analysis.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for motivating high-performance teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow, Poland office.
