What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, surveyors, and technical specialists.
• Ensure inspection services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage operational KPIs, resource planning, and inspector utilization to maximize productivity.
• Act as a senior escalation point for client concerns and operational risks.
• Support the deployment of new digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to support business development and customer retention.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Proven experience managing operational service delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of inspection processes, technical governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands as required.
