What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure services are delivered safely and efficiently according to agreed quality standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong service performance and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with customers and account teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize resource utilization and service delivery in coordination with planning functions.
• Monitor departmental performance, utilization, and profitability.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in service operations, field service management, or technical customer support.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including remote employees.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 50% willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands.
