What you will do

• Maintain visibility over utilization, profitability, and delivery timelines across multiple teams and regions.
• Build and refine forecasting models to anticipate resource constraints and delivery bottlenecks.
• Define and evolve operational KPIs including contribution margin, throughput, and compliance.
• Drive performance accountability by setting clear expectations and decision rights for delivery and project managers.
• Lead the implementation of new tools, automation layers, and standardized operational best practices.
• Act as the first-line escalation point for operational breakdowns impacting revenue or delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, delivery leadership, or production management in complex environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager or cross-team performance ownership role.
• Proven track record in forecasting, planning, and KPI framework management tied to revenue and margin.
• Experience leading delivery managers, including performance calibration and escalation oversight.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and production stakeholders.
