What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term global user acquisition strategy across all products.
• Lead and develop a world-class performance marketing organization across mobile, social, and programmatic verticals.
• Drive acquisition efficiency by optimizing CPA, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for creative testing, bidding, and attribution.
• Spearhead automation and AI adoption to streamline campaign management and reporting.
• Partner with product, BI, and finance teams to influence roadmap decisions through data insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition with leadership of large-scale programs.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition across mobile, PPC, and programmatic.
• Deep expertise in attribution, incrementality, and LTV-based optimization.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing significant acquisition budgets.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to operate effectively between executive strategy and hands-on problem solving.
