What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend microservices in Golang for authentication and authorization.
• Build scalable APIs that integrate identity management across the product ecosystem.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Implement secure, performant backend services handling high-volume traffic.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement IAM best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and microservices architecture.
• Experience with API development (REST, gRPC) and API-first design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for containerized application management.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and distributed systems concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM standards like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, or SAML.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity providers like Auth0 or Okta.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, mTLS).
