Salary: CAD 89,900–167,100 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure and internal tooling for cloud reliability.
• Engineer core software systems to empower organizational workflows, incident management, and automated troubleshooting.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems regarding coordination, orchestration, and fault tolerance.
• Optimize the availability and monitoring capabilities of mission-critical, Tier-0 services.
• Enhance system security through robust access management and adherence to least-privilege principles.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to increase operational velocity via advanced automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• Deep technical foundation in distributed systems and cloud-scale infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectural patterns.
• Fluency in Go or similar statically typed languages.
• Work authorization for Canada without sponsorship is mandatory.
• Compliance with US Export Regulations regarding sanctioned countries/regions.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Expertise in gRPC, service mesh technologies, or functional programming (e.g., Elixir).
• Experience building advanced workflow tooling for operational automation, including AI-driven systems.
