What you will do

• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure efficient design workflows.
• Assign and prioritize tasks for the graphic design team to optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or challenges.
• Facilitate communication between the design team and other departments.
• Implement and oversee project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, creative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Traffic, Delivery, or Creative Project Coordinator role.
• Thorough understanding of graphic design principles and creative workflows.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Must be based in Poland or able to work from the Krakow office.
