What you will do

• Design and implement Gen AI platform components using Python and modern microservices.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI systems from research and experimentation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, program, and business teams to deliver customer value and product vision.
• Analyze complex technical problems and define requirements for scalable AI solutions.
• Maintain engineering excellence and implement best practices within the AWS ecosystem.
• Stay updated on the latest Gen AI trends and integrate fresh ideas into the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in applying AI to practical technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI principles including LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant Gen AI libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases like OpenSearch or Pinecone.
• Experience with AWS ecosystem, specifically SageMaker and Bedrock.
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect certifications.
• Experience contributing to system architecture, design patterns, and scalability.
