What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring structured planning and execution.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for regulatory reporting requirements including PRIIPs, MiFID, and AIFMD.
• Analyze and translate complex regulatory specifications into actionable implementation requirements.
• Review reporting methodologies and data outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with industry standards.
• Manage and motivate the operations team through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Act as a primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid role).
• Newly qualified accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent relevant background.
• Strong expertise in regulatory reporting and project delivery within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in regulatory frameworks such as PRIIPs, KIIDs, EMT, EPT, EET, MiFID, Solvency II, and AIFMD.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Excellent data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
