Head of EMEA Fund Accounting Assurance (Finance)

TL;DR

Head of EMEA Fund Accounting Assurance (Finance): Leading teams responsible for Fund NAV calculations and the oversight of Third Party Administration (TPA) services for UK and Cross Border funds with an accent on control environments and regulatory adherence. Focus on managing valuation oversight, breach reporting, and implementing product development initiatives.

Location: Hybrid; spending at least four full days each week working in the Dublin office

What you will do

• Manage controls and oversight of valuations and Fund Accounting services provided by TPAs in adherence with SLAs.
• Analyze, investigate, and sign-off on the root cause of breaches and errors to mitigate future risks.
• Ensure Fund NAV activities are performed in adherence with regulatory and industry best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of product development initiatives within the fund administration function.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of a team of direct reports.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, TPAs, and Fund Auditors.

Requirements

• Experienced Financial Services professional with specific NAV Oversight experience.
• Proven track record as a people manager capable of fostering a high-performance culture.
• Experience working with UK and Cross Border products.
• Detailed knowledge of Fund NAV and Share Class Price calculations, including hedging.
• Understanding of Alternative Type Products, such as Bank Loan and Real Estate Funds.
• University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
