Head of EMEA Fund Accounting Assurance (Fund Accounting)

Location: Dublin, Leinster, Ireland; hybrid with at least four full days per week in the advertised office

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for fund NAV calculations and oversee NAV-related services delivered by third-party administrators.
• Manage valuation controls, service-level agreements, KPIs, service reviews, and due diligence across UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg fund valuation teams.
• Investigate, analyse, and sign off breaches and errors, completing root-cause analysis and risk mitigation.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments, implement business and product changes, and prepare updates for board and committee meetings.
• Oversee fund product implementation events and lead initiatives that improve fund administration efficiency and service levels.
• Manage direct reports and relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, service providers, and fund auditors.

Requirements

• Financial services experience in a management company or third-party provider, including NAV oversight.
• Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with UK and cross-border fund products and fund lifecycle events.
• Detailed knowledge of fund NAV and share-class price calculations, including hedging and hedged share classes.
• Knowledge of alternative products such as bank loan funds, real estate funds, and real estate fund of funds, as well as swing pricing.
• Experience with fund accounting systems, Bloomberg, ICE, Microsoft Office, and Excel; a university degree or equivalent is preferred.
