What you will do

• Produce copy for landing pages, product UX, campaigns, social, email, ads, sales decks, and brochures.
• Develop and maintain two distinct brand voices: a warm, plain-spoken voice for retail and a sharp, confident voice for institutional clients.
• Manage the daily copy operation, including taking briefs, prioritizing queues, and overseeing production through to publishing.
• Edit and proofread high-standard long-form content such as scripts, ebooks, and web copy.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Business Development, and Compliance teams to ship compelling and clean content.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or advertising with proven ownership of output.
• Strong grasp of both brand and performance writing with the ability to align copy with business objectives and audience psychology.
• Ability to handle high volumes of varied copy across different channels without quality loss.
• Self-starter capable of managing workload and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or other regulated financial sectors.
• Instinct for writing within compliance constraints (CySEC, MiCA, MiFID II).
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research and drafting.
