What you will do

• Travel to patient homes to perform diagnostic services and preventative care.
• Conduct phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and other clinical tasks.
• Manage and label samples for coordination with labs or shipment facilities.
• Use mobile technology for charting and secure care coordination.
• Build welcoming connections with a diverse range of patients.
• Ensure all supplies and PPE are prepared for daily patient visits.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Downey, CA.
• State-required licensure or national certification for medical assistants, phlebotomists, or nurses.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Proof of required vaccinations or immunity (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, TDaP).
