AI Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or another suitable location.

Gross salary: €4,200–€8,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Improve the AI chatbot in collaboration with the customer support team.
• Prototype LLM-powered tools for business data summarization and internal process automation.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn AI and ML concepts into user-facing features.
• Monitor the performance and quality of AI and ML solutions.
• Maintain reproducible code, testing, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as Pandas and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, A/B testing, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Experience deploying AI features with Docker and API-based microservices.
• Ability to combine clear communication with effective project execution.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IoT and connected-device data flows.
• Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing.
• General understanding of CI/CD concepts.
