AI Engineer (IoT)

TL;DR

AI Engineer (ML/AI): Building end-to-end ML/AI features and LLM-powered tools for automotive diagnostics and internal process automation with an accent on predictive modeling and production deployment. Location: Hybrid (Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: €3,900–€6,400 / month gross

What you will do

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models and AI-driven solutions to solve real business problems.
• Optimize the AI chatbot to ensure it delivers maximum value to customers and the organization.
• Automate internal processes and help the organization adopt modern AI tools.
• Collaborate with product teams to convert AI/ML concepts into functional features for users.
• Monitor AI/ML solutions to ensure ongoing performance and quality.
• Maintain high standards for reproducible code, testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as Pandas and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, A/B testing, and feature engineering.
• Experience deploying AI features using Docker and API-based microservices.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IoT and connected device data flows.
• Experience in experiment design and A/B testing.
• General understanding of CI/CD concepts.
