What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards using Tableau or similar enterprise BI tools.
• Standardize key business metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Clean and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable, actionable insights.
• Improve data pipelines and performance in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of analytical outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, including full-cycle dashboard development and reporting automation.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical databases like ClickHouse or Vertica.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop or equivalent enterprise-level BI tools.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, metric governance, and self-service analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Mathematics.

Nice to have

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Architect certifications.
• Understanding of AI/LLM applications in analytics, such as NL-to-SQL.
