What you will do

• Design and develop Looker dashboards to enable organization-wide decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into effective visual stories.
• Maintain documentation and support training to empower users with self-service data capabilities.
• Partner with analytics engineers to leverage and understand underlying data models.
• Rotate between cross-functional squads to support business priorities in BI, operations, marketing, and client experience.

Requirements

• Interest in data visualization and growth as a BI practitioner.
• Experience with at least one BI or visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating business questions into clear reporting.
• Collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams including product, marketing, and HR.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in sprint cycles.
• Must be able to work from the Kraków office 3 days per week.
