What you will do

• Coordinate various teams and drive project milestones to completion at Hinkley Point C.
• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring work is performed according to specifications and timelines.
• Implement stringent quality control measures and safety protocols specific to nuclear construction.
• Act as the primary point of contact between project managers, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of labor, materials, and equipment to maintain budget and schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and safety inspections to facilitate regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Bridgwater (Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week).
• Proven experience in coordinating construction operations and managing subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of safety and regulatory standards governing nuclear facilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex construction schedules.
• Strong experience in resource management and stakeholder reporting.
