What you will do

• Own and evolve the Arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new arcade mechanics and instant-win genres.
• Partner with Design and Engine (maths) teams to define game volatility, RTP levels, and player feel.
• Act as the primary bridge between the Game Studio and business stakeholders, including Marketing, Compliance, and CRM.
• Identify market risks and opportunities to ensure the production schedule remains agile and responsive to player trends.
• Manage localization and product-market fit for games across the UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.

Requirements

• Strategic and visionary approach to product management with a specialism in Arcade and Slots.
• Experience in defining product vision and managing complex roadmaps.
• Ability to coordinate between technical maths teams and commercial business units.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Sunderland, UK.
