What you will do

• Own the core of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design system, and performance.
• Define and guide mobile architecture patterns and state management strategies.
• Improve end-to-end developer workflows, including CI/CD, store distribution, and internal tooling.
• Integrate AI tooling into the codebase and workflows to enhance product capabilities.
• Maintain the health and reliability of the existing foundation to support product teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience delivering production software at scale.
• Strong, multi-year experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid mobile DevOps experience, including CI/CD, store distribution, and release management.
• Genuine interest in AI as an engineering discipline.
• Ability to work independently with light coordination in an existing team.
