What you will do

• Lead complex cross-team initiatives from design through to launch and operational ownership.
• Drive native iOS and Android development within shared consumer-facing applications.
• Evolve server-driven UI (SDUI) approaches to create configurable, component-based views.
• Establish engineering standards for architecture, testing, observability, and incident management.
• Champion AI-enabled tooling to improve engineering velocity without compromising quality.
• Mentor engineers and uphold strong technical culture across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in mobile development, particularly the iOS ecosystem.
• Experience operating at Staff Engineer level or equivalent scope.
• Track record of working on large-scale, native B2C applications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear technical leadership and communication.
• Practical experience using AI as part of the engineering toolkit.
• Must be based in Helsinki or Berlin.
