Location: Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Hybrid model required (2 days/week in Porto).

What you will do

• Mentor team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote DevOps culture.
• Design and implement automation strategies using APIs to streamline operational processes.
• Embed security practices throughout the software development lifecycle using DevSecOps methodologies.
• Manage end-to-end delivery workflows using version control and project tracking platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply CALMS principles consistently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto (2 times a week).
• English proficiency (B2 level).
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and DevOps culture (CALMS).
• Proficiency with Bitbucket/Git, Jira, and TFS.
