What you will do

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages in compliance with IFRS and local Swiss GAAP.
• Manage Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead tax management and coordination for Switzerland, including VAT and OECD standards.
• Manage external audits of Swiss legal entities as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Oversee Swiss Master Data Management, including cost centers and allocation cycles.
• Act as deputy for the Finance Lead Switzerland, providing operational continuity.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a higher professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, Tax Adviser, or Trustee.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in statutory accounting and tax legislation.
• Proven capability in closing books under both IFRS and local GAAP.
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Pratteln, Switzerland.
