Deputy Compliance Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform KYC and due diligence reviews for private client account openings in accordance with AMLA and FINMA regulations.
• Ensure tax compliance through the review of FATCA and CRS documentation.
• Draft and maintain client assessment procedures and internal guidelines.
• Participate in the review of high-risk and key client profiles.
• Contribute to key regulatory projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide compliance advisory support to the First Line of Defense and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Law, or Economics.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Compliance field within Switzerland.
• Excellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset).
• Strong analytical, methodological, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• CAS in Compliance in Financial Services or similar professional qualification.
