What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team within the KYC Rolling Review function.
• Drive strategic change in KYC processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve process scalability and control environments.
• Present strategic insights and operational updates to senior management and global stakeholders.
• Manage operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance for Swiss Private Wealth Management clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in financial services, specifically banking operations and KYC.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong background in onboarding and rolling review functions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a robust control mentality and attention to detail.
• Track record in operational process automation and risk management.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a sales-oriented role with a record of driving client strategy.
• Exposure to both Front and Middle Office roles.
